New 3-Ton R32 AC System Installed and Ready for Summer

This was a full AC installation - new air handler inside, new condenser outside. The homeowner had a system that was aging and starting to lose the battle against the heat. Instead of waiting for a breakdown on the hottest day of the year, they made the smart call and got ahead of it.

We installed a 3-ton R32 system from the ground up. R32 is a lower-GWP refrigerant that runs more efficiently than older refrigerants like R410A. The air handler is tucked into a utility space alongside the laundry area - a tight fit, but everything was routed clean. Insulated lineset, proper drainage piping, and a refrigerant gauge set up top to verify the charge was dialed in correctly before we wrapped up. No shortcuts.

Outside, the new condenser is sitting solid on its pad. Clean coil fins, proper line insulation on the connections, and everything buttoned up tight. A new unit set up right is going to run quieter, pull less power, and keep the home comfortable without working itself to death every afternoon.
