"Just right has delivered nothing but exceptional customer service. When my 20 year-old unit gave out on the first hot day of the year they showed up and installed a brand new unit and did not leave until they made sure everything was working correctly. Steve and his men were extremely professional courteous And hard-working. They stuck to the price they gave me without adding any hidden fees or up charges and instead of waiting for the unit to possibly go wrong in the future, Steve recommended I purchase a 12 year labor warranty through the manufacturer directly because of how expensive it can be to replace certain parts that go wrong. I cannot recommend just right heating and cooling anymore and will be using them in the future for any of my AC needs and will recommend them to absolutely everybody.
